Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of Shorts Breakout Protocol ("SBP", "the Product"), a digital system including a private dashboard and training portal for short-form content creators. By completing your purchase, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. What You Get

Upon successful payment, you receive:

• Lifetime access to the private SBP dashboard.
• Access to the private training portal, including all current frameworks, lessons, and reference materials.
• All future updates to the dashboard and portal included at no additional cost.

Access is personal and non-transferable. It is granted to the individual who completed the purchase.

Access is limited to a single user account. Account sharing or multi-user access is not permitted.

Lifetime access refers to access to the Product for as long as the Product remains actively operated and available. We reserve the right to modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue the Product, its features, or any part of the dashboard or portal at any time.

3. Acceptable Use & Termination

You may not:

• Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute your access credentials or any content from the dashboard or portal.
• Copy, reproduce, or publish the system's frameworks, lessons, or materials in any form without written permission.
• Use the Product in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Abuse, misuse, or attempt to exploit the system.
• Engage in harmful, abusive, or disruptive behavior.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Product at any time, without prior notice, if you violate any of the above terms.

We may also suspend or terminate access at our discretion to protect the integrity, security, operation, or community experience of the Product.

In such cases, access may be revoked without refund.

4. Digital Product — No Guarantee of Results

Shorts Breakout Protocol is a digital tool and educational system. Results depend entirely on your execution, consistency, content quality, and platform conditions outside our control.

Any income figures or view counts referenced on the site (e.g. $1,408 in 7 days, $8,083 in one month, 21.6M views) are real results from specific users and are not typical. They are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a promise or guarantee of similar outcomes.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Eligibility for Refund

A refund request may be considered if all of the following conditions are met:

• The request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
• You have followed the SBP dashboard workflow exclusively — without adding external strategies, tools, or modifications not prescribed by the system.
• You submit the required documentation as described in Section 5.2.

Refund requests that do not meet all conditions will not be approved.

5.2 Required Documentation

To submit a refund request, email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request — [your order number]" and include all of the following:

1. Order confirmation — your LemonSqueezy purchase receipt.
2. Your Studio Analytics screenshot — full Analytics Overview for the entire 7-day period from the date of purchase (must show views, watch time, and reach).
3. Individual video view screenshots — Your Studio screenshots showing the view count and performance of every video posted during the 7-day period.
4. Dashboard activity — screenshots showing your usage of the SBP dashboard during the 7-day period (logged posts, signal inputs, next-move outputs).
5. Brief description — what you posted, what the dashboard told you to do, and what you did. No more than 200 words.

Incomplete submissions will not be reviewed.

5.3 Review Process

We will review your submission within 5 business days of receipt. We reserve the right to approve or decline the request at our sole discretion based on the documentation provided. We also reserve the right to interpret compliance with the system, including whether the dashboard workflow was followed properly, at our sole discretion. If approved, the refund will be processed via LemonSqueezy to your original payment method.

6. Payments

All payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record. LemonSqueezy handles payment processing, VAT compliance, and all related financial obligations. We do not store your payment information. The price displayed at checkout is the total amount charged — a one-time payment with no recurring billing.

By purchasing the Product, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting support to resolve the issue.

7. Intellectual Property

Commercial use, resale, redistribution, replication, or public sharing of the Product, its content, frameworks, lessons, dashboard workflows, or any component of the system is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

All content within the SBP dashboard and training portal — including frameworks, system logic, lesson content, and visual design — is the intellectual property of Shorts Breakout Protocol. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited and may be subject to legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shorts Breakout Protocol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Product, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws based on the operator's country of residence. Any disputes will be resolved in good faith. For any legal questions, contact us at [email protected].

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Product following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
